Tax Forms can be printed by request at no charge for the following: 1040, 1040EZ, 1040A, Schedule A, and IL-1040.

Forms are available from the IRS web site  www.IRS.gov and may be printed via the computer.

Library computers may also be used to access the IRS/State eFile systems.
